We have been operating since 1994 for 27 years in our original location.
While Product and Profits are important P’s in running a successful business, we believe the most important P is People. We treat our employees and our customers like we would want to be treated. One of our customers recently told me that he likes buying here because we treat him as though he was spending a million dollars. We aim to act that way towards all of our customers. Sometimes our customers just drop in to talk about what is happening in their lives.
We place my phone number, the technical representative’s and the manager’s cell phone on every invoice. We want to be there when the customer needs us the most even if it is after we close or on the weekends. If you have any questions feel free to call the store at 417-863-7473.
